Baruch College can use new media to promote itself by setting up a public account on either website or mobile device.
Followers will be: students, alumni, parents, professors, faculties, etc.
Content planning will be: catering to the fashion of college students' theme; goods of learning and studying; live broadcasting of major events on campus; discount rolls o school stores and restaurants; full-time, part-time information releases, etc.
Ways to increase followers: content dissemination and promoting; networking cycle; through like and subscribe activities.
A powerful new media operation is a must for promoting Baruch College, however a dull media (besides the school website) will not attract other people to be interested in Baruch College. Therefore, my suggestions is to create a fun, relax new media to attract students.
