Technology nowadays plays a huge role in daily life. Technology changes that the integral to achieve significant improvements in productivity. It can be used to support both learning and teaching. It's a tool that supports learning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, non-stop. With higher productivity, technology boosts the engagement and motivations. 

Technology offers people a more convenience life experience but it also offers a risk. "Criminals like to go where there is an expectation of trust, and they that know when they're using marketplace or garage sales groups, people assume it's their neighbors who they're buying from or selling to," said identity theft expert, Carrie Kerskie. One of the biggest scandal that Facebook had was a multi-million dollar scam has been found online, and anyone can fall for it. Even though social network grants an easy access to everything, the personal privacy is becoming more transparent. "Students have more ways than ever to post anonymous attacks on classmates, thanks to new and expanded online forums promising to be bigger and juicier than the infamous JuicyCampus" (Young, 2009) Online Platform provides a place for people behind the screen to spread their negative emotions. Adding up small and different bad comments usually lead to a unavoidable tragedy.

Everything has a double-side, either good or bad. Along with all the convenience that technology brings to us, the negative influence is growing as well.
